Our timber framed houses are rectangular with a duo pitch roof. They have either 1 or 1 ½ floors.

The houses are of the Nordic kind with an uncomplicated architectural design. They are built of high quality graded wood using a long established technique. The walls have space for 20 cm (7.7”) of thermal insulation and the roof construction allows for 30 cm (11.8“) or 40 cm (15.8“) of thermal insulation.

The basic kit contains the wood and wood based board for one house. Other options are available. All internal walls and fittings are optional.

The kit arrives by lorry directly from Swedish Lapland. Delivery is possible to most European countries.

We will deliver the kit either with technical assistance only, or to be assembled by TIRO.

The buyer decides entirely the positioning of rooms, doors and windows.
